These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the RentalsGraph platform, including the Intelligence Center, reports, data, APIs and related services.
Access to public previews is provided for evaluation and general information. Access to full datasets, historical data, exports and APIs requires an active subscription or licence.
All reports, insights, charts, tables, datasets and analysis published by RentalsGraph are the intellectual property of RentalsGraph.
Except where permitted by applicable law or under an applicable RentalsGraph licence, no part of this publication may be reproduced, distributed, stored, transmitted or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of RentalsGraph.
Data may be cited with clear attribution to RentalsGraph and in accordance with the applicable licence.
Commercial use requires a valid RentalsGraph licence. For licensing enquiries, contact licensing@rentalsgraph.com.
RentalsGraph provides its data and analysis on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure accuracy, RentalsGraph makes no warranty that the data is complete or error-free, and it should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
